It wouldn't be surprising if this movie bought someone a lavish lifestyle – perhaps a house or a pool – because honestly, there’s absolutely nothing worthwhile about it. The plot involves Roger Moore partnering with Stacy Keach to investigate heroin smuggling in San Francisco, much to the displeasure of local mob boss "Salvatore Francesco" (Ivo Garrani), since these kinds of actions aren't looked kindly upon by religious authorities. While there are some car chases and action sequences, the narrative is incredibly weak, dragging on for what feels like forever before reaching a conclusion that could have easily been devised on a napkin. Keach doesn’t seem to be performing well at all, and Moore appears utterly disinterested, simply going through the motions between takes, presumably returning to his trailer for some relaxation. It brought to mind a typical installment of "Starsky and Hutch."
