It wasn't clear to me initially how this connected to "Mother Goose," but after it began, I found the portrayals of Hollywood personalities engaging—they were acting out nursery rhymes or simply enjoying themselves. I believe Katharine Hepburn, Edward G. Robinson, Laurel & Hardy, the Marx Brothers, and Charles Laughton appeared in this musical film, and some of the animation was spot-on, particularly Laughton and Hepburn’s version of “Little Boy Blue.” It's fundamentally a tribute to animated parodies, and while it's not likely to stick with you, it provides an enjoyable ten minutes accompanied by upbeat music.
