Sachin Ravi’s first film as director manages to be enjoyable, humorous, clever, thoughtful, engaging, believable, and also a little lengthy. While Rakshit Shetty portrays the central character, Narayana, Achyuth Kumar, Balaji Manohar, and Pramod Shetty truly shine throughout. Wait, I haven't forgotten Shanvi Srivastava. Her performance and her character are memorable and bring an added energy to the story. Bhatru’s brief appearance doesn’t quite register. Rakshit Shetty’s acting occasionally feels unnatural; it’s unclear whether this was intentional or not. The film creates a captivating atmosphere, largely due to Karma Chawla's cinematography and Sachin’s editing—both are significant strengths. The visuals are beautiful, the color grading is excellent, and the music, spaced out appropriately (courtesy of Ajneesh Loknath, who consistently delivers impressive work), enhances the experience and keeps you invested in the search for what’s hidden. The combination of developing artistic choices with high-quality production elements results in a film that honors the style it established while aligning with contemporary tastes. It provides everything fans could hope for. The movie showcases the skills of everyone who contributed to its creation. However, the ending feels somewhat hurried; if paced differently, this could have been the ideal film that Rakshit Shetty enthusiasts always wished for—and that's a drawback of the story. And Charan Raj’s “Narayana Narayana” song is extraordinary.
