It’s possible to understand what writer and director Leandre Fiori was aiming for, but this movie is just terribly made. _SheChotic_, a title that might be among the worst ever conceived, begins with a disclaimer stating that Fiori doesn't endorse violence against women and hopes viewers won't interpret his film as condoning abuse. The film then depicts the lead actress kidnapping, torturing, starving, using knuckledusters to vent her anger, and yes, even raping and murdering a man, all without any consequences. This makes the disclaimer about violence specifically against women seem like an odd choice. Odd, but not what I found most problematic about _SheChotic_. The acting, dialogue, soundtrack, camerawork (a scene where characters converse while the camera rotates around them made me feel sick), editing (it looks as if someone thought a subpar episode of _Angel_ represented top-tier quality), effects, numerous abandoned plotlines, and the utterly ridiculous ending were what truly bothered me. Enduring this movie was difficult; usually, I would have stopped watching something so bad halfway through. But the fact that I made it to the end suggests it’s slightly better than those I abandon. _Final rating:★½: - Boring/disappointing. Avoid where possible._
