It's remarkable how much Monty Tully managed to create, seemingly within a very short timeframe and limited resources. Dane Clark portrays "Nevill," an industrialist facing ruin who manipulates a friend into attempting his murder so that his wife, "Andrea" (Thea Gregory), can collect the insurance money. However, things become complicated when his business situation unexpectedly improves, forcing him to halt the planned assassination by "Paul" (Paul Carpenter), who is surprisingly determined in his efforts... or perhaps not? The narrative develops into something rather intricate, and as it moves toward a somewhat surprising conclusion, Clark, along with his secretary, "Joan" (Cecile Chevreau), and his wife, "Andrea," all become deeply involved, ensuring the proceedings remain engaging.
