The film Wenny Has Wings examines unexpected bereavement through a subdued and personal perspective, depicting a family dealing with sorrow originating from within their relationships rather than stemming from outside events. Utilizing stillness, understated acting, and deliberate visual imagery, the movie illustrates how each individual comes to terms with suffering and learns to live alongside it, instead of attempting to eliminate it. It's an understated psychological story that discovers recovery not in finding resolution, but through embracing what has happened.
