It seems likely that director Richard Mansfield had a very specific vision for this movie, but bringing it to life on screen proved difficult for him and his performers. It’s evident that the project was made with genuine enthusiasm, though ultimately it doesn’t connect with viewers. I honestly felt just as lost at the film's conclusion as I did when it started, and wasn't particularly invested in finding out what happened. The filmmakers deserve some recognition for avoiding excessive explicitness, and the script, such as it is, isn't overly forceful. Nevertheless, there’s simply nothing to latch onto or engage with.
