The movie feels like twelve television installments forcibly condensed into roughly 80 minutes, and the editing job isn’t exactly graceful, leaving some noticeable gaps in the narrative. Bela Lugosi plays a scientist who has found a strange element within a meteorite, and he's set on transforming it into various applications, from explosives to a dangerous Z-ray, plus a poisonous gas, an invisibility device, a healing machine, and—most surprisingly—a robot that looks like something out of ancient Incan design, all while attempting to take over the world and evade the government agents pursuing him. It's genuinely amusing, and that’s how it should be watched; just let go and enjoy the ride because trying to find logic in it is a fool’s errand.
