Our detective finds himself on a ship for an entertaining mystery this time around, accompanied by his son "Jimmy," who has been away from home. They need to look into the death of a government worker attempting to stop a complicated scheme involving fake money being shipped to Samoa. Will he figure out who did it before the ship reaches its destination? It’s almost beside the point – because this isn't straightforward, as he and "Jimmy," along with their friend "Chattanooga" (Willie Best) - who have gotten some amusing walkie-talkies for the trip - must also handle a couple running away, someone studying fish, a person trying to extract money from others, and another individual skilled at throwing knives. You really start to question how cruises became popular! The investigation moves along quickly and is enjoyable, with plenty of misleading clues to maintain the excitement. It’s not the strongest installment, but it's good to see Sen Yung again.
