The movie was alright; the production values and editing were decent enough. However, its main flaw is that it feels like a compilation of familiar war film tropes—the scenes, dialogue, and plot are all things audiences have encountered previously. It's disappointing because there’s a sense that it could have been something special. The one bright spot was Tino Struckmann in a supporting role; he delivers an exceptionally strong performance, easily the most talented acting on display. It’s unfortunate that the narrative didn’t live up to his abilities and that he wasn't given more significant material to work with, as some storylines seemed abandoned. The villain’s constant monologues in an invented language—neither German nor English—were a particularly low point, representing poor writing and acting. Ultimately, it lacked excitement, moved at a sluggish pace, and could have benefited from considerably more action.
