The story unfolds in a strangely deserted neighborhood of attractive homes, where brothers Joshua (Lucas Doméjean) and Maël (Nicolas Mias) find themselves listless. Joshua is still struggling with the death of his friend Sylvain (Naël Malassagne), and now spends his time caring for cats while they idly pass the hours by the pool. Their routine is disrupted when they come across a group known as the Icebergs, who quickly show their violent nature through an aggressive display involving a shotgun. While Doméjean delivers a convincing portrayal of a man in distress, there isn’t enough substance to truly engage with, and we're left without understanding how or why this situation arose, or why we should invest our time watching it. As far as I could tell, the film lacks any female characters, so this isolated, male-dominated world is presented without much background information. It appears visually acceptable, but perhaps would benefit from some additional explanation.
