It’s hard to overlook the questionable decisions made within the context of space travel. For example, ships vanish while following a specific course, yet the person in control just keeps dispatching additional vessels along that same path. It's perplexing to consider what will occur when there are no more crew members available. There were numerous other moments as well that resisted any logical explanation. This is definitely a movie that would have kept Spock up at night, I can assure you. As I work my way through this massive Mill Creek collection of 50 films called 'Nightmare Worlds', this one proved to be enjoyable, agreeable, and genuinely good. I had a pleasant time with it, and it was quite entertaining—it contained some interesting concepts (and Richard Kiel in a rubber monster suit)—once I essentially turned off my ability to think critically. So far, I haven't felt the need to seek out MST3K or anything similar because I don’t understand the appeal; the concept seems silly and demeaning. It feels like if someone normally charged $5 for a service, but you paid $50 to have that same experience with two people present who are openly mocking it while explaining why the person providing the service is being exploited. That's my take on it anyway—cinema shouldn’t be viewed in such a manner. Each film has its own value and deserves respect, like treating a woman with kindness and understanding.
