I hadn’t always been keen on the "Pink Panther" series, yet from the very beginning with the music, this one felt just right. The Pink Panther and his hat-wearing neighbor are engaged in a competition to construct their ideal homes. The comedy shares similarities with “Tom and Jerry,” and there's even some pre-recorded laughter—which surprisingly isn’t awful—leading up to an ending that brought a chuckle. While the animation quality is acceptable, it’s not exceptional, I did find myself enjoying this for about ten minutes.
