It's a visually striking film, but ultimately undermined by its reliance on nonsensical humor. The premise involves songwriters Morgan and Cole who attempt to create original material by reversing recordings and presenting them as their own work. Nicole, appearing in the film, later reverted her name to Demongeot. Heath is the preferred group for the younger characters, and they are clearly infatuated with the character of Lotis, which highlights a disconnect between the story and reality.
