I’ve never been particularly fond of "Porky" – perhaps because I thought cartoons were much funnier when the physical comedy wasn't accompanied by voices. Those high-pitched character sounds have always bothered me. In this one, the main character finds an ant inside a cage. He lets it go, believing he can play with it, but unsurprisingly, it turns out to be a rare and clever pygmy version that’s more than capable of dealing with his attempts to tease it! I did enjoy the final scene; it was unexpected, though generally this David and Goliath-like story doesn't leave much of an impression. It has a little bit more interaction from the insect antagonist than you might expect.
