The presence of Mads Mikkelsen and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau is fantastic; they really make *Wildside* work with their solid acting. The movie isn’t poorly crafted or written, but I did find myself bothered by certain plot elements during viewing—especially the scenes involving Egill Ólafsson's character, Stefán. Still, it proved to be an enjoyable experience overall, and there’s even a somewhat predictable sunset scene at the end.
