This is an acceptable film considering its low budget. The initial idea—a city submerged by floodwaters with sharks navigating the resulting chaos—is quite plausible and thought-provoking; it’s easy to picture such a scenario and consider how people would react. However, the inclusion of sharks within a tornado stretches believability too far. I went into this expecting a parody of shark films like *Jaws* and *Deep Blue Sea*, but instead found a straightforward shark movie with moments that felt unrealistic. A tornado could be compelling on its own as a disaster story; adding sharks to it, essentially creating something like *Sharknado*, feels forced. It’s fine for a single viewing, though don't anticipate being overly impressed. The cast includes Cassandra Scerbo, known for films such as *Bring It On*, and Ian Ziering.
