The arrival of psychiatrist “Williams” (Martin Freeman) at the prison brings to light the unusual case of inmate “Voorman,” who maintains he is divine and has seemingly persuaded everyone in the facility of the same thing. A professional assessment seems necessary, leading Williams to face off against the restrained man (Tom Hollander), who proposes demonstrating his power by erasing Belgium from existence! It appears simple enough to dismiss, but it raises a question – did we perhaps overlook “J’aime la vie” during Eurovision? This is an unusual and brief film that highlights Hollander's playful performance style and leaves viewers with their own perplexing questions as the ending challenges many of our initial assumptions. Is this trickery or something truly supernatural? It’s worth dedicating ten minutes to, in my opinion.
