I wasn’t really keen on the high-pitched singing when we're introduced to those three kittens who can’t find their mittens—and it's bitterly cold! Their mother isn’t pleased, so there’s no milk and they have to go to bed. These little animals aren't happy about not having any dinner but quickly forget about it when they notice the Milky Way up above. I wonder how they could reach it? There must be a lot of milk up there, right? Maybe balloons would work, or a basket? They pass by the moon made of green cheese, a comet that looks like a train, Martian shooting stars, and then figure out how to get through the Big Dipper before finally getting to a milky paradise where they can have a good time without any singing. The problem is, I’m still not sure what the point of it all is! It's enjoyable enough, with lots of silly moments as the mice splash around in every kind of milk imaginable—at least, for mice.
