I went into Tukar Takdir wanting to avoid other people's opinions beforehand so I wouldn’t build up my hopes too much, and I’m glad I did because I ended up enjoying it a lot. Mouly Surya made this film out of her interest in airplane accidents, and that comes across clearly. Tukar Takdir isn't simply about an aircraft disaster; it also explores deep feelings and sorrow while delivering a pointed critique of how airline executives handle crises like these. What stood out to me most was Marsha Timothy’s acting—it’s really impressive, and the emotional range she displayed allowed me to connect with her character. It's generally a good movie. There are some imperfections, mainly in the visual effects which still feel somewhat unpolished, but apart from that, everything else is quite effective.
