Oliver Schindler on Ocean Circus 3D: Underwater Around the World

· Jun 15, 2012

This wildlife documentary, running for 105 minutes, is highly recommended for those who enjoy nature films and could also be useful to scuba divers looking for new places to explore. Filming the elaborate true 3D production required more than five months spent underwater. The film, which is mostly set beneath the surface of the water, is structured into eight sections. It provides a lot of detail about different areas and the animals that live there. Viewers will see remarkable interactions with marine life such as Dolphins, Humpback Whales, and Fur Seals. Sharks, Rays, Sea Turtles, and many other species are also featured. The journey starts in the Red Sea and continues through various locations in Australia, across the South Pacific, to the Caribbean Sea, and finally into the Atlantic Ocean. Here's a breakdown of the chapters: 1 The Red Sea - Egypt (14:43), 2 The Coral Sea - Australia (11:12), 3 Hervey Bay - Australia (6:48), 4 Jervis Bay - Australia (5:33), 5 The Lagoon of Noumea - New Caledonia (16:20), 6 The Rangiroa Atoll - French Polynesia (17:52), 7 The Caribbean Sea - Puerto Rico (15:00), and 8 Mar de las Calmas - El Hierro - The Canary Islands (17:38).
