The final moments really elevate this movie. I had reservations about *Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels* until the very end. It’s a solid film from the start, but it didn’t quite win me over to something more than that—until I saw the credits, at which point I realized how much I'd enjoyed myself. Guy Ritchie’s first time directing, with lots of recognizable British actors, makes it easy to follow. There were times when I felt there were too many characters and they weren't different enough; occasionally, I had to pause and figure out who was connected to whom. But that ultimately becomes one of the film's strengths as everything comes together wonderfully in the end. Overall, this 1998 gangster movie is something I’d definitely recommend and consider quite good.
