The initial concept seemed pretty good to me. "Reese" (played by Adam Copeland) owes $40 million to "Grouch," portrayed by Kelsey Grammer, and has to figure out a risky heist high in the sky to pay it off. The plan involves targeting an airplane that functions as a fancy casino and brothel, where people who are beyond legal reach can do whatever they want. With the help of his companions, "Isabella" (Katrina Norman) and "Paterson/McGullicuddy" (Patrick Lamont Jr.), he aims to transfer all the money from this airborne playground to their friend "Iggy" (Andrew Lawrence), who’s waiting below with a dustbin lid angled toward the plane. Unfortunately, I just couldn't connect with the character of the “Concierge,” and that kept distracting me more than the uninspired conversations, the repetitive and rather silly fight sequences, or Grammer’s surprisingly weak performance – he wasn’t nearly as imposing as spoiled milk. Then it clicked: "Melissa & Joey"! That's where I recognized him from, one of those daytime shows you barely notice. It was a relief—and just about when director Andrew Lawrence seemed to want the same for everyone else. If only that ending had come earlier in this unoriginal and shoddily made movie. You can probably skip it...
