It doesn’t break any new ground, and the satirical elements are somewhat obvious, but it proved to be an enjoyable experience with strong visuals, delivering precisely the kind of inappropriate laughter one anticipates. I, like many others, initially drew comparisons to *Parasite*. However, that's not really fair to this film. I certainly didn’t foresee a lighthearted black comedy from Bong Joon Ho that would elicit such widespread amusement in a theater setting. If you simply accept it for what it is and enjoy the ride, you will likely have a very good time. While the Trump satire felt rather blunt at times, it still managed to land effectively and generate some genuine laughs. Even now, I'm left pondering the deeper meaning behind everything.
