_Memory_ attempts to weave together numerous storylines, but the outcome is disappointing. The narrative seems to introduce a new idea with each passing moment—Alzheimer’s disease, human trafficking, conflicts between the FBI and local police, the privileged obtaining whatever they desire—and then abandons them without any resolution. Considering that the movie centers on a man evading law enforcement for almost the entire runtime, _Memory_ proves to be surprisingly dull. Even Liam Neeson performing an extreme act like burning himself to stop bleeding can’t rescue what is fundamentally a lackluster and weary portrayal of an aging assassin.
