It’s certainly charming and humorous. When someone says "this isn't a rom com," what they really mean is that it’s good. While I concur that it avoids being bad, I can’t accept the idea that male dominance has unfairly criticized movies centered on women—I consider myself to be pretty great. This feels like the finest film I’ve encountered recently. I was consistently impressed by the way the narrative unfolded and how each scene was constructed. For example, the car ride flashback is just...flawless. There's nothing unnecessary about it. And that trench coat outfit? Hilarious—truly hilarious. If you were to base your film education solely on this movie, I believe you’d be capable of creating a strong film yourself. It seems flawless to me. It’s the best movie of 2025, even if I don't enjoy it as much as other films. It's geared towards women.
