I watched this film recently and initially didn’t care for it. I probably wasn't in the right frame of mind to appreciate it fully, if I'm being honest. However, it lingered in my thoughts afterward, and I found myself unable to shake it. Ultimately, I grew to like it quite a bit and plan on watching it again soon. The film is beautiful to look at, and the music works wonderfully with what’s onscreen. The soundtrack comes out in September, and I'm planning to buy it. It’s not an easy film to process; there are moments that will have you questioning whether they were intended as humorous or simply mistakes. This is largely due to Cage’s occasionally inconsistent acting – though it’s nowhere near the level of *The Wicker Man* and only really noticeable in a few specific shots. I definitely suggest checking it out!
