It’s an okay movie, though a little underwhelming. I typically find Jon Heder quite amusing, but he doesn't shine as much in this one. I was anticipating his character being more of a devoted son, but instead comes across as rather entitled. He’s hard to pin down because his behavior varies; with some individuals he seems inconsiderate, while with others—particularly women around his age—he appears awkward. It gives the impression that the writers struggled to define him, and I suspect there were numerous script revisions along the way. The story itself isn't particularly engaging. Despite this, the performances are enough to hold your attention once you begin watching, but not really compelling enough to suggest seeking it out. 5.5/10.
