It's hard not to feel good while watching Major League; the film is genuinely funny and entertaining because of its group of unusual personalities. The movie consistently brings smiles thanks to its oddball characters, plenty of absurd situations, believable growth for the individuals involved, and that memorable song, "Wild Thing." This team composed of unconventional players is what makes Major League so enjoyable. Tom Berenger’s experienced catcher provides a contrast to the younger Charlie Sheen and Wesley Snipes. The film also benefits from Dennis Haysbert's portrayal of Pedro Cerrano, a temperamental player who uses voodoo, along with solid work from Rene Russo, James Gammon, and Corbin Bernsen. These elements combine to make Major League one of the most well-known and amusing sports films ever made. It sparked my interest in baseball when I was younger and now it brings back feelings of fondness and happiness. I think I’ll watch it again immediately.
