I went into this film expecting the worst, given its poor ratings across different platforms, but I ended up finding it surprisingly humorous in a quirky fashion and considerably better than I anticipated for a smaller-scale superhero movie. Ultimately, I liked it and felt disappointed by how harshly it was treated in reviews. It seemed like reviewers were unfairly targeting an already struggling film, but regardless, I’m hoping for a sequel and that the filmmakers keep pursuing their distinctive approach—the campy humor, those unusual scenes without music, the modest but acceptable CGI, and just generally enjoyable filmmaking that can hold your attention for ninety minutes. It's quite different from the lengthy, overly serious movies we often see now.
