This film, Lying and Stealing, feels like a fairly average production seemingly designed to showcase Emily Ratajkowski and Theo James’s appearances. The whole experience was so unremarkable that I struggled to recall details even shortly after finishing it during an airplane flight. The storyline, following a familiar heist formula, offered nothing unique compared to other films in the same genre. Events unfolded with surprising ease, making the narrative feel rather simplistic. While not entirely unpleasant, it’s hard to recommend spending time on this one.
