It’s definitely disturbing! *Longlegs* is good horror material. Nicolas Cage’s portrayal of Cobble is very unsettling; that scene in the vehicle really got to me. I did find that as I watched more of his character, I felt less creeped out, but I do have to give credit to Cage and everyone involved for managing to create that initial effect. Maika Monroe does a commendable job as Lee – her performance is excellent. Alicia Witt also deserves recognition. The story’s progression wasn't ideal; it seemed longer than its 101-minute length, but aside from that, I consider it successful. I enjoyed watching the events play out, and Monroe along with Cobble’s character were key to my enjoyment.
