"Little Nikita" proves to be an incredibly captivating film throughout its runtime. Richard Benjamin seems to have put his acting aside to focus on directing, and he’s picked a smart project for his efforts. His time as an actor has often mirrored that of someone like Clint Eastwood; both tended to concentrate on portraying specific kinds of characters, which likely limited their options because they might not have aligned with what audiences anticipated seeing from them. However, he's now broadened his scope into other genres as a director, and it seems he’s done so very well. It would be good to see this progression continue for some time ahead.
