The movie "Leprechaun 3" arrived on video in 1995, continuing the story of a frighteningly grotesque leprechaun (Warwick Davis) who violently targets anyone attempting to steal from his gold. This installment shifts the setting to Las Vegas and introduces a younger man who contracts the leprechaun’s green blood, leading to a transformation into a taller version of the creature himself – John Gatins portrays this character. Despite its relatively straightforward narrative, “Leprechaun 3” incorporates a significant degree of campiness. However, it's hard to view the film with any seriousness because of the cartoonish nature of the leprechaun; as a result, it leans more toward comedy than horror. It’s not scary at all, but it _is_ enjoyable, and that’s what matters. As my title indicates, "Leprechaun 3" is worth seeing for the character of Tammy, played by Lee Armstrong. It's refreshing to encounter a smart, charming female lead who possesses genuine curves instead of the typical slender blondes with fragile builds and artificial enhancements. Armstrong surpasses everyone else in the cast, and her costumes only enhance her attractiveness. Sadly, she stopped acting around the time "Leprechaun 3" came out, but we at least have this movie to recall her remarkable beauty. The film has a running time of 90 minutes and was filmed on location in Las Vegas. GRADE: B+
