Even with a cast of bodybuilders and predictable plot elements, it’s still feasible to create an enjoyable action film. That didn’t occur in this instance. It feels like a belated imitation of Rambo, minus the original. The performances are as uninspired as one would anticipate, but the writing and staging are even more disappointing than might be imagined. There are better uses for your time than watching this.
