A boy experiences his very first day of work alongside his father and grandfather, embarking on a fishing trip at dawn. The sea is still when they pause, and before long the boy finds himself raised high above – tasked with handling the anchor. His destination becomes apparent: he’s there to sweep away stardust that settles upon the moon, though his companions don't always see eye-to-eye on how best to do it! Once their routine is complete, and after a bit of ingenuity from the young man when dealing with one particularly difficult star, they return, leaving behind a flawless crescent shape to catch the sun’s rays. This is a delightful short film, just seven minutes long; the animation and music work together wonderfully as the boy comes to understand what his occupation will entail. It's certainly worth taking a few moments to watch – it’s sure to bring a smile to your face.
