This animated martial arts film, Kung Fu Panda from DreamWorks Animation, delivers plenty of laughs and exciting action centered on Po, a not-so-graceful panda brought to life by Jack Black, who finds himself believed to be the Dragon Warrior. The visuals and musical score are impressive too, really bringing the Chinese cultural elements to life. I wasn’t keen on how the movie had the Furious Five acting somewhat unkindly, and Tai Lung, the antagonist, felt a little uneven in his portrayal as a bad guy. Ultimately, it feels like the least strong entry within this series of films.
