I’d describe Kraven as a decent action movie suitable for seeing during vacation time, one that seemingly didn’t have much of a shot. It’s puzzling how nearly every film connected to Marvel seems to be facing harsh criticism from fans. Not every entry can reach the level of something like Endgame. Kraven wasn't even a major player in the comics, so I believe managing your expectations is important going in. I am hoping it performs well through streaming and sales on disc. It would have been interesting to see where the narrative could have developed over additional installments, but it likely won’t get a continuation. My suggestion for moviegoers these days is to form your own opinion and disregard those overly emotional reviews you might encounter. I found the plot to be solid, the performances acceptable, and the special effects well-executed; they felt more realistic and raw compared to typical superhero films. Kraven fit into the antihero mold in this film, and I think that served his introduction effectively. Like many movies based on comic books, it didn't adhere strictly to the source material, but I still enjoyed both the character and the story.
