It wasn’t particularly impressive, though I was pleasantly surprised given my expectations. _Killing Hasselhoff_ is thankfully brief and manages a couple of real moments of humor, and it may even showcase Rhys Darby at his finest. It's still centered around David Hasselhoff playing himself, which isn't exactly known for producing quality films, but it’s significantly better than many comedies that have come out of the United States. _Final rating:★★ - There were elements I enjoyed, but ultimately it didn’t work well._
