The setting for Jurassic City turns out to be largely within a prison environment. Given that this isn’t a big-budget production, viewers should adjust their expectations regarding the visual effects. The computer-generated imagery doesn’t quite fit in and is noticeably low-cost when compared to films like Jurassic Park or its sequels. Despite those limitations, I found some of the actors to be quite good; there are familiar faces for anyone who has seen a fair amount of action movies.
