The film consistently provided moments of amusement, drawing humor from jokes reminiscent of the popular ride that inspired it. It felt like a blend of Pirates of the Caribbean, Indian Jones, National Treasure, and Raiders of the Lost Ark, adopting plot elements common to each of those films. The storyline unfolds with familiar beats: characters seeking treasure, antagonists pursuing the same prize, both parties discovering the treasure simultaneously, and ultimately, the protagonists securing it. Despite feeling like a rehash of previous Disney properties, the humor woven throughout makes seeing it worthwhile.
