I'm begging someone to stop making these tired road movies! This one follows a somewhat self-indulgent character named "Jess'" (Martin Karich) who has a brief encounter with "James" (Nicolás Romeo), who seems overly reliant on his mother. That felt like it should have been the end – a short film about a casual hookup, but instead, we’re forced into a road trip across Argentina where they pick up another guy, "Tomás" (Federico Fontán), before arriving at the former man's brother’s house. The story wanders aimlessly, like driving down a rural road, though there is some lovely cinematography showcasing the Pampas landscape, occasional kisses in picturesque spots, and the expected situations involving three men as they reach what seemed to me an unavoidable conclusion. It's pleasant enough to watch—the lighting is often quite good—but ultimately it doesn’t offer anything fresh. The actors are appealing, but the plot stretches on for 90 minutes without really going anywhere.
