The movie was alright, though not really my taste. Having abandoned social media long ago, I appreciated that the film exposed a darker side to those kinds of platforms. The actors were well-chosen; their pairings worked out nicely. Oshea Jackson, in particular, should be in more movies—he has the potential to become quite famous. The story centered on Instagram and its influence, focusing on the pursuit of online popularity and the lengths people will go to achieve it. It follows a young woman who experienced isolation and a mental breakdown, leading her to relocate to Los Angeles seeking a fresh start. There, she befriends an established Instagram influencer, but takes an unconventional route. Aware of the potential repercussions, she proceeds anyway, and what ultimately happens to her is shown at the film’s conclusion. It's not for everyone; it seems geared toward younger audiences or those who frequently use social media. The narrative felt familiar—we've encountered similar stories with different platforms, all leading to predictable outcomes. While the underlying message was worthwhile, I don’t believe that was necessarily the filmmakers’ goal. It’s fine for a single viewing. _6/10_
