This film brought to mind movies like *Priest* and *Legion*, though it didn't quite reach their level. It felt predictable, as if I’d already witnessed the events unfolding on screen. Many films featuring Milla Jovovich in an action-hero role share a similar dystopian feel. Still, it’s probably worth checking out. The performers helped to keep things afloat considering the narrative itself. A two-headed snake initially caught my attention, but afterward, its presence felt pointless and overly serious. I had hoped for more inventive enemy takedowns utilizing various creatures, but that didn't happen. There was a need for some sense of optimism or direction. The witch’s execution attempt… they only attempted it once.
