If you’ve never seen a horror film before, maybe you’ll find something to enjoy here; otherwise, it's best to pass. *Immaculate* doesn’t offer anything fresh. There isn’t one original concept in the entire movie; practically every scene or notion has appeared previously in numerous other films. It simply replicated what had already been done, and without any feeling behind it. There were only a couple of moments that stood out: The final scene was somewhat gripping, but I didn't find the ending to be logical. Also, the visuals are well-crafted and frequently quite lovely. Given how uninspired this film is, it could have improved its entertainment factor by taking the predictable path and including some nudity – Sydney Sweeney and the other actresses certainly had potential in that area. However, there’s none of that, aside from a few sheer nightgowns. I mean, if you can't come up with good writing, at least provide something else to keep viewers interested.
