That was really good. The premise initially caught my attention, and I thought it seemed worthwhile. It’s surprising this film was released in 2005; while that isn't a huge amount of time ago, it feels very contemporary for 2017. It wasn't difficult to become invested in the central characters. I felt conflicted, wanting Rachel to stay with Heck but also hoping she’d be with Luce. At its heart, this is a story about love. You think you’ve discovered real affection, and then circumstances intervene and make things complicated. Ultimately, it appears that everyone winds up exactly where they're supposed to be.
