I found myself liking *’I Think We’re Alone Now'* reasonably well, although it seems like they didn’t fully develop the story’s potential. There was considerable anticipation built up, but it wasn't entirely satisfying. I managed to get something worthwhile from watching it, and I can see why people have had a rather muted response to this film from 2018. Separately, I expected a good showing from Peter Dinklage, and he delivered. Elle Fanning is also dependable in her role alongside him. The movie establishes the atmosphere effectively, particularly early on, and everything visually is quite appealing. Some of the music felt jarring or too loud at times, even though it was generally well-done. For my part, I thought the length worked out nicely; however, I believe they could have made better use of those 95 minutes or so.
