This action-thriller feels amateurish and suffers from weak writing, though there might be some decent fight choreography to appreciate. The plot becomes tedious because the villain (Vinnie Jones) is repeatedly taken into custody just to escape again. The performances are generally subpar; Stu Bennett’s acting hasn't improved since his last film appearance. While Jon Cena isn't a particularly strong actor, he at least brings some presence to the screen—something Vinnie Jones lacks as he seems stuck playing similar roles in these direct-to-video movies, and the rest of the cast doesn't leave much of an impression. The story, which seemed like it would be straightforward—a group capturing a dangerous criminal—ends up being slow-paced, disjointed, and awkward, struggling to stretch out its already brief 80-minute length. **1.0/5**
