The initial impression of "Humint" suggests a thrilling spy movie full of action. While the beginning and end do deliver on that promise, the extended portion in between is where the film falters. Mostly, it becomes a downbeat story focused on relationships that doesn't manage to hold the audience’s attention. Ultimately, it feels like a movie unsure of itself, unable to commit to being either an action film or a character-driven drama, and failing at both attempts. It’s hard to suggest watching this one.
