It’s enjoyable to dislike something just for the sake of it, right? That’s why I’m awarding this one a 10—mostly because of everyone who gave it a low score to seem trendy...and also because George Lucas was correct in saying that it has aged well. The devoted fanbase isn't due to its poor quality; it's amusing. The presence of a short actor in a duck costume doesn’t automatically make something terrible, and neither does the depiction of ducks being unclothed. I mean, we enjoyed it alongside Team America. It was hilarious at that time. It simply isn't funny when watching Howard because you feel like you shouldn't be laughing. If you decide to watch it, it’s definitely worth seeing for the jokes alone.
